DEFINING HAPPINESS
I have heard many people talk about “happiness” and almost everybody has a unique definition of the word. The Greek philosopher Aristotle said, "Happiness is the meaning and purpose of life, the aim and end of human existence." An article in Psychology Today pointed out that in 2000, there were 50 books written on happiness, but just eight years later, there were 4,000 books written on the topic.
The preamble of the Americans’ (1st world power) Declaration of Independence states that " we are endowed by [our] Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." If we keep on pursuing happiness, when will we get it? I think we need to “be happy” and not “pursue happiness”

"Happiness" is something that is self-contained. In other words, you can experience happiness regardless of your circumstances. So we need to we be contempt with what we have and be happy and stop complaining. I believe we need to focus on what we have and be happy and not on what we don’t have and be unhappy.
